No one gets fired for buying from Easyink! We're here to make working with Easyink a pleasure for all of our customers. We make the "putting right" easy if anything goes wrong! We hate the fine print others shackle their customers with. We'd rather lose money on a transaction than leave a customer regretting the trust they placed in us.
Here’s one way we eliminate buyer remorse…

wrong for your printer...
Enter your printer model when you place the order, and we’ll check that the cartridge you ordered will fit your printer. If we send you a cartridge that's wrong for the printer model you've given, we’ll pay the freight both ways to put it right. If you’ve opened the box after giving us the correct printer model, that’s our loss. *Only applies to printers that were NZ-new (imported printers may have been programmed to reject NZ cartridges).
Return unwanted compatible cartridges when your printer dies…
Please note that we don't have the same flexibility with original manufacturer's products. We'll provide a full refund if the products reach us in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Beyond that it would depend on the product. This is one of the reasons we recommend compatibles where possible.
Guarantee and Printer Warranty – Non-OEM products
Faulty compatible (non-OEM) products…
We can resolve most problems with advice over the phone or the free replacement of non-performing cartridges (we pay all freight costs).
If the printer is damaged by the use of “compatible” cartridges supplied by us we will repair the printer or if necessary replace it with an equivalent printer up to the value of $1000+GST.
Guarantee and Printer Warranty – OEM products
Any printer damage caused by the use of OEM cartridges is also claimed from the manufacturer of the faulty product.
Easyink Printer Cartridges Ltd processes are designed to minimise errors and ensure that the correct product is received in a timely manner. As soon as your order is placed an email will be sent automatically to confirm that the order has been received. We'll normally send you same-day email confirmation that the order has been dispatched. This will usually include a courier tracking link.
On the rare occasion that an order can't be dispatched on the day it's received, we'll inform you as soon as possible on the day of the order. If you cancel the order we'll refund your payment the same day.
We process orders regularly throughout each working day. Most orders placed before 4:30 pm will be dispatched the same day, and with a courier pickup close to 5:00 PM there's a good chance we can get a last minute urgent order out the same day. Bulky compatible toner cartridges are normally sent on a 2-3 day ticket between islands, but for urgent orders there's a next working day delivery option. Rural delivery can take an extra day.
Orders are generally sent on a "signature required" courier ticket so the driver is obliged to obtain a signature. When you go through checkout you can give instructions for where to leave the parcel. This will be printed on the courier label and we'll use a "non-signature required" ticket. Another option is to use a different delivery address, e.g. that of your work or a friend.
Prices quoted on the Easyink website are normally exclusive of GST, which is added to the total during the checkout process.
Despite our best efforts, on rare occasions an item in our catalog may be mispriced or unavailable, in which case we'll let you know as soon as we can and issue an immediate refund.
