Please contact us for 1-4 hour urgent freight across larger cities.

We do our best to process orders as soon as they come in. Orders placed by 4:00 pm will almost certainly be dispatched the same day. For orders placed after 4:00 pm it will depend on courier pickup times for the products ordered.

Saturday Delivery $10.00 +GST nationwide.

Auckland Urban Area (Pukekohe to Orewa): $7.00 +GST

(Auckland orders MAY reach you the same day if processed before the 11 am courier)

North Island Next Working Day: $7.00 +GST

South Island (Up To 4-6 Ink Cartridges) Next Working Day: $7.00 +GST

South Island (1-2 Average Size Compatible Toner Cartridges) Next Working Day: $10.00 +GST (Costs more for some OEM cartridges).

South Island (Larger Orders) Two Days: $7.00 +GST

Rural Delivery $10.00 +GST nationwide (allow 2-3 days for delivery).

Delivery target is 9 am for business addresses (within CBD or suburban retail/business area). Deliveries to residential addresses are spread throughout the day.

(Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays e.g. if you placed an order Wednesday evening before Easter, it would be dispatched Thursday and delivered Tuesday which would be the next working day.)

Another option is to use the Parcel Collect service run by NZ Post. This enables you to select from hundreds of collection points (participating supermarkets, retailers, service stations, etc).

Unfortunately, in the real world freight and handling costs money and so if we offer “free freight” we have to include a freight component in every product we sell. This results in those placing bigger orders effectively subsidising those who buy one cartridge at a time. We think that's unfair.
