This site and Easyink processes are designed to minimize errors and ensure that the correct product is received in a timely manner. As soon as your order is placed an email will be sent automatically to confirm that the order has been received by Easyink. We'll then send you same-day email confirmation that the order has been dispatched. On the rare occassion that an order cannot be dispatched on the day it is received, we will inform you as soon as possible on the day of the order. You are welcome to cancel the order if we cannot dispatch it the same day.

We generally process orders within an hour of receiving them. Most orders placed before 4:00 PM will be sent overnight to arrive the next day, but bulky compatible toner cartridges may be sent on a 2-day ticket between islands. Rural delivery may take an extra day.

An order (apart from rural delivery) that is sent via "signature required" courier service will normally not be left without a signature unless you have given instructions for where to leave it. If no one is there to sign, the courier will try again later or leave a card with contact details for you to call to arrange subsequent delivery or collection from their depot. If there is likely to be no one at home you can use a different delivery address, e.g. that of your work or a friend.

Prices quoted on the Easyink website are normally exclusive of GST, which is added to the total during the checkout process.

Despite our best efforts, on rare occasions an item in our catalogue may be mispriced or unavailable – in which case we will let you know as soon as we can and issue an immediate refund.

With "Compatible" products we offer a "satisfied or your money back" guarantee. Let us know you're not happy and we'll issue a refund including freight costs.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, a full refund (excluding freight) is offered on Original Manufacturer's (OEM) Products returned within thirty days of invoice date and in a resalable condition. After that period we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that has been damaged, written-on, taped-on, or otherwise spoiled for resale. Refunds are settled within seven days of receipt of the product returned.

Easyink carefully chooses its suppliers and requires them to stand behind their products and conduct their business with honesty and integrity. All products have a twelve month warranty against premature failure unless otherwise stated in the product description.

If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, please make sure its damaged condition is noted on the courier delivery record so we can file a damage claim should it become necessary to do so. Save the goods with the original box and packing they arrived in, then please email us immediately. If email is not convenient, you may fax us on 06 354 2781. Courier companies may refuse claims not made within 5 days of delivery.
