We like to help our customers reduce their running costs, so we offer a mix of original OEM Brother cartridges and compatibles from manufacturers other than Brother. If its not a genuine Brother product we always use the word "compatible" in the product name.

The compatible Brother laser, fax and ink jet cartridges we supply are better value for money and the print quality and life expectancy are just as good.

They're a reliable high quality alternative to genuine OEM Brother printer cartridges.

Some dealers and repair organisations try to scare users into rejecting compatibles with threats of voided warranties. A warranty can't be refused due to the use of competitive cartridges. Unless of course there's evidence the cartridge caused the fault (in which case we'd repair the printer or if necessary replace the machine at no cost to the customer).

Original Brother cartridges can fail just the same as compatibles can. When an original cartridge fails it has to be returned to the supplier and they decide after testing whether to replace it or not. As a dealer it can take weeks before we know the answer. It makes it hard to give the kind of service and support we like to give our customers.

Our warranty is simple: if you're not entirely satisfied with a compatible cartridge we've supplied within the last 12 months we'll immediately send you a replacement. Or if you prefer we'll give your money back. You decide whether the cartridge performed acceptably - not us.
